Can DOLMIO be frozen after cooking?
Any food that is opened and not used within 24 hours can be split into meal sized portions and frozen. These individual meals will remain nutritious for up to one month in your freezer. Food should be thawed out and consumed within 24 hours.

I've cooked my DOLMIO sauce according to your recipe but it doesn't seem cooked. Why is this?
DOLMIO recipes and on pack cooking instructions should only be used as a guideline as ovens and equipment will differ from one household to another.

I've opened my jar of DOLMIO but only used some of the sauce. Can I keep the remaining Sauce?
You can refrigerate the remaining sauce for 3 days although the contents of any jar are best when used upon opening.

How long will your products last?
The shelf life of DOLMIO products vary. Please check the pack for exact details.

Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, the glass jars can be recycled.

What does the term "All Natural" mean?
"All natural" means that the ingredients used in DOLMIO both occur in nature and are derived from natural processes.

What does the term "No artificial flavours, colours and preservatives" mean?
This refers to the fact that a product is free of synthetic or unnatural ingredients such as preservatives, colouring and artificial flavours. Essentially no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives have been used in a product which carries this claim.
