- 500g chicken
- 2/3 cup thickened cream
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 zucchini
- 200g pasta
To serve 5-6
- 750g chicken
- 1 cup thickened cream
- 1 1/2 red capsicums
- 2 zucchinis
- 1tbsp tomato paste
- 300g pasta
All you need to do:
PREPARATION – 10 mins COOKING – 15 mins- Cook 200g of pasta according to packet instructions
- Heat oil in pan and cook diced chicken until brown
- Add sliced capsicum, sliced zucchini, Italian Meal Base and thickened cream. Stir and cook for 3 minutes
- Add cooked pasta to pan and stir through
