Pasta: 1/2 cup cooked
Salad: 1 cup
Cooked lean poultry, meat, fish: 55-85 grams
Fruit: 300g or 1 medium orange, apple, pear, banana
Bread: 1 slice
Vegetables: 1/2 cup
Milk: 1 cup
Nuts: 1/3 cup
Cereal: 1 cup of cereal
