Cooking Instructions
Trim excess fat from the thigh fillets. Peel and cut onion into quarters then thinly slice.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for about 2 minutes each side. Add onion and cook a further 2 minutes.
Reduce heat to low - medium and add DOLMIO® sauce and cook chicken for a further 10-15 minutes. Turn occasionally.
Stir through oregano and season with pepper.
Serve with mashed potato and steamed green beans.
