Lamb Steaks with Bacon and Garden Vegetables Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 lamb or pork leg steaks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 rashers lean bacon, cut into strips
  • 1 jar DOLMIO Chunky Bolognese Garden Vegetables Sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
  • Cracked black pepper

Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add steaks and cook for about 2 minutes each side. Add bacon to the side of the pan and cook for 2 minutes toss occasionally.

Reduce heat to low- medium and add DOLMIO® sauce into the frypan allow to heat through about 2-3 minutes.

Stir through parsley and season with pepper. Serve with mashed potato and steamed zucchini.
