Cooking Instructions
Clean and de-beard mussels.
Heat oil in a large frying pan and sauté onion for about 3 minutes over a medium heat. Reduce heat slightly and add DOLMIO® sauce and mussels. Allow to cook until the mussel shells have opened and the meat looks cooked inside the shells (about 6-8 minutes). Stir occasionally. Add parsley and season with pepper.
Serve with crusty bread.
Note: Discard any mussels that do not open after cooking
