Cooking Instructions
Lay schnitzels out flat onto a chopping board. Combine half the Parmesan cheese and the parsley and sprinkle a light layer over each schnitzel and roll up. Sit on board seam side down.
Heat oil in large frying pan over medium-high heat and add schnitzels to the pan seam side down cook about 4 minutes each side and until lightly browned.
Add DOLMIO® sauce to the frying pan and allow to heat through for about 3-4 minutes spooning sauce over meat.
Serve topped with remaining Parmesan, steamed snow peas and cooked Risoni Pasta.
