Sicilian Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of pasta - spirals or penne
  • 1 cup of sundried tomato lightly shredded
  • 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
  • 100g of rocket leaves
  • 1 cup of DOLMIO Italian Herbs pasta sauce
  • 1 green capsicum sliced
  • Optional - 150g pancetta / proscuitto or bacon, sliced and lightly fried

Cooking Instructions

Cook pasta as instructed on packet, then allow to cool.

Lightly cook capsicum in a fry pan.

Add all other ingredients except rocket, and gently heat.

Add DOLMIO pasta sauce, to the pasta, and mix through in a bowl.

Combine the other cooked ingredients, and rocket, to the pasta, mix thoroughly, then serve.
