Ingredients
- 800g of chicken thigh
- 1 jar of DOLMIO Spicy Pepper pasta sauce
- 150ml of lemon juice
- 1 fresh lemon sliced
- 1/2 cup of sliced black olives
- 1 red capsicum diced
- 1 spanish onion diced
Cooking Instructions
Trim chicken and slice into large pieces.
Marinate chicken in DOLMIO sauce, black olives and lemon juice for 2hrs.
Lightly fry spanish onion, capsicum on BBQ.
Add chicken, and cook through. Then add slice lemon, stir, and serve with a side salad.
