Cooking Instructions
Combine mince, pesto, onion and 1 tbsp of the parsley into a bowl. With clean hands mix ingredients together well and roll into balls about walnut size.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat and pan-fry pesto balls for about 10-12 minutes. Turn occasionally to lightly brown
all over.
Meanwhile combine the DOLMIO® sauce and remaining parsley in a bowl and stir.
Serve pesto balls warm with sauce, which can be served cold or slightly warmed.
Note: These pesto balls will cook very well on the BBQ plate. Lightly spray the plate with oil and cook over a medium heat for the same time as above.
