Tortellini with Broccolini and Red Wine and Italian Herbs Sauce

Ingredients

  • 625 pkt fresh tortellini
  • 1 bunch broccolini
  • 80g yellow squash
  • 1 jar DOLMIO Chunky Pasta Sauce 580g - Red Wine and Italian Herbs Sauce

Cooking Instructions

Add tortellini to a large saucepan of boiling water and cook according to directions on the packet.

While pasta is cooking wash and cut the broccolini tips and first part of the stem into pieces. Halve and slice squash.

Place DOLMIO® sauce into a saucepan with the vegetables and allow to simmer covered over a low heat until the vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally.

Drain pasta and return to the pan. Pour over the sauce and vegetables and stir to combine.

Serve with grated Parmesan.
