It’sa easy as…
- Cook 200 g of your favourite dry pasta.
- Sauté 5 thinly sliced button mushrooms, 2 finely diced zucchinis and 2 peeled and finely diced carrots with a dash of olive oil in a medium non-stick pan for 3-5 minutes, or until veggies are tender.
- Add 400 g can of lentils, drained, and stir through Nonna's Chargrilled Capsicum pasta sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve over pasta for a delicious meal, just like Nonna's!
Refrigerate after opening. Use within 3 days.
