500g beef mince
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 x 400g can diced tomatoes
Make meatballs by combining mince, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and
pepper. Roll the mixture into balls
Heat oil in pan and cook meatballs until brown
Add Italian Meal Base and diced tomatoes, and stir
Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes, and serve with your favourite

Garnish with parmesan cheese and fresh herbs. Mmmmm!
