Chicken with Oregano & Farmhouse Vegetable Sauce

  • 4 lean chicken thigh fillets
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 jar DOLMIO Extra Rustic Farmhouse Vegetables Pasta Sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano

Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add chicken and cook for about 2 minutes each side. Add onion and cook a further 2 minutes.

Reduce heat to medium and add DOLMIO┬« sauce to chicken and cook for a further 10-15 minutes. Turn occasionally.

Stir through oregano and season with pepper.

Serve with mashed potato and steamed green beans.
