Chicken with Oregano & Farmhouse Vegetable Sauce

- 4 lean chicken thigh fillets
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 jar DOLMIO Extra Rustic Farmhouse Vegetables Pasta Sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add chicken and
cook for about 2 minutes each side. Add onion and cook a further 2
Reduce heat to medium and add DOLMIO® sauce to chicken and
cook for a further 10-15 minutes. Turn occasionally.
Stir through oregano and season with pepper.
Serve with mashed potato and steamed green beans.
