Gnocchi with Spinach, Olives & Basil sauce

  • 500g pkt fresh gnocchi
  • 1 jar DOLMIO Basil Pasta Sauce
  • 150g pkt baby English Spinach leaves, washed and dried
  • ¼ cup pitted sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated

Cooking Instructions

Add gnocchi to a large saucepan of boiling water and cook according to directions on the packet.

Drain and return to the saucepan add DOLMIO® sauce and heat over low-medium heat. Add spinach and olives and cook until spinach wilts and sauce is heated through. Season with pepper.

Serve with grated Parmesan and crusty bread.
