Lamb Steaks with Bacon & Garden Vegetable Sauce

  • 4 lamb leg steaks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 rashers lean bacon, cut into strips
  • 1 jar DOLMIO Extra Garden Vegetables Pasta Sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley

Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add steaks and cook for about 2 minutes each side. Add bacon to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat to medium, add DOLMIO┬« sauce to the frypan and heat through for about 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with parsley and season with pepper. Serve with mashed potato and steamed zucchini.
