Lamb Steaks with Bacon & Garden Vegetable Sauce

- 4 lamb leg steaks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 rashers lean bacon, cut into strips
- 1 jar DOLMIO Extra Garden Vegetables Pasta Sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add steaks
and cook for about 2 minutes each side. Add bacon to the pan and
cook for an additional 2 minutes stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to medium, add DOLMIO® sauce to the frypan and
heat through for about 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and season with pepper. Serve with
mashed potato and steamed zucchini.
