Mushroom Bolognese with Italian Sausage

  • 200g Spaghetti
  • 6 thin Italian seasoned sausages
  • 1 red capsicum sliced
  • 100g baby green beans, sliced into bite size pieces
  • 1 jar DOLMIO Extra Mushroom Pasta Sauce
  • 2 tbsp shredded fresh sweet basil

Cooking Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to pack instructions.

Place a large frying pan over medium - high heat, add sausages and cook for about 10-15 minutes or until cooked. Remove to a side plate allow to cool slightly before cutting sausages into pieces about 3cm long. Set aside.

Add the DOLMIO┬« sauce to the frypan and reduce the heat to low -medium. Add the capsicum and beans and cook for about 5 minutes or until vegetables are just tender. Return sausage to the frypan to heat through.

Stir though basil and serve with cooked spaghetti.
