Mussels with Red Wine

- 2 kg black mussels, cleaned and debearded
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 1 jar DOLMIO Extra Red Wine & Italian Herb Pasta Sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
Heat oil in a large frying pan and sauté onion for about 3
minutes over a medium heat. Add DOLMIO® sauce and heat
through. Add mussels and cook until the mussel shells
have opened (about 6-8 minutes). Stir occasionally.
Add parsley and season with pepper.
Serve with crusty bread.
Note: Discard any mussels that do not open after
