Rolled Schnitzels with Tomato, Onion & Roast Garlic Sauce

- 4 large or 8 small veal or pork schnitzels
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 jar DOLMIO Extra Tomato, Onion & Roast Garlic Pasta
Lay schnitzels out flat onto a chopping board. Combine half the
Parmesan cheese and the parsley and sprinkle a light layer over
each schnitzel and roll up. Sit on board seam side down.
Heat oil in large frying pan over medium-high heat and add
schnitzels to the pan seam side down. Cook for about 4 minutes
each side or until lightly browned and cooked through.
Add DOLMIO® sauce to the frying pan and allow to heat through for
about 3-4 minutes spooning sauce over meat.
Serve topped with remaining Parmesan, and salad.
