Sicilian Pasta Salad

Preparation 10 mins Cooking 20 mins Serves 4


  • 3 cups of pasta - spirals or penne
  • 1 cup of sun-dried tomatoes sliced
  • 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
  • 100g of rocket leaves
  • 1 cup of DOLMIO Extra - Italian Herbs pasta sauce
  • 1 green capsicum sliced

Optional - 150g pancetta / proscuitto or bacon, sliced and lightly fried

Cooking Instructions

Cook pasta as instructed on packet, then allow to cool.

Lightly cook capsicum in a fry pan.

Add all other ingredients except rocket, and warm through and remove from heat.

Add DOLMIO pasta sauce to the pasta, and mix through in a bowl.

Combine the other cooked ingredients, and rocket, to the pasta, mix thoroughly, then serve.
