Sicilian Pasta Salad

- 3 cups of pasta - spirals or penne
- 1 cup of sun-dried tomatoes sliced
- 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
- 100g of rocket leaves
- 1 cup of DOLMIO Extra - Italian Herbs pasta sauce
- 1 green capsicum sliced
Optional - 150g pancetta / proscuitto or bacon, sliced

Cook pasta as instructed on packet, then allow to cool.
Lightly cook capsicum in a fry pan.
