Spicy Italian BBQ Chicken

Preparation 2 hours Cooking 15 mins Serves 4


  • 800g of lean chicken thigh, cut into large pieces
  • 1 jar of DOLMIO Extra Spicy Peppers pasta sauce
  • 150ml of lemon juice
  • 1 fresh lemon sliced
  • 1/2 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1 red capsicum diced
  • 1 spanish onion diced

Cooking Instructions

Marinate chicken in DOLMIO sauce, black olives and lemon juice for 2hrs.

Lightly fry spanish onion, capsicum on BBQ.

Add chicken, and cook through. Then add slice lemon, stir, and serve with a side salad.
