Spicy Italian BBQ Chicken

- 800g of lean chicken thigh, cut into large pieces
- 1 jar of DOLMIO Extra Spicy Peppers pasta sauce
- 150ml of lemon juice
- 1 fresh lemon sliced
- 1/2 cup of sliced black olives
- 1 red capsicum diced
- 1 spanish onion diced
Marinate chicken in DOLMIO sauce, black olives and lemon juice
Lightly fry spanish onion, capsicum on BBQ.
Add chicken, and cook through. Then add slice lemon, stir, and
serve with a side salad.
