Cooking instructions
Cooking Instructions (Serves 4):
Preheat oven to 180 °C (Conventional). Sauté 2 finely diced zucchinis and 2 finely diced carrots with a dash of olive oil in a non-stick frypan for 3-5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Add 500 g of lean beef mince and cook until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
Stir through a jar of your favourite DOLMIO tomato-based pasta sauce.
In a small baking dish, layer in 1/3 of the meat mixture and cover with 1/3 jar DOLMIO Bechamel Lasagne Sauce. Cover with Lasagne sheets. Repeat, finishing with a layer of DOLMIO Bechamel Lasagne Sauce. Cover with 1 cup grated cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to stand for 10 minutes, then serve with a side salad.
